Eight years ago I checked in to rehab. My mother’s death had triggered an aggressive downward spiral into methamphetamine addiction.
It feels like yesterday. And feels like a different lifetime. I didn’t know what my capacity to grow and love was yet. I’m so grateful for those who have lifted me up and taught me to fly.
